$200 - CONSULTATION AND DETAILED STAGING REPORT


  • Starting with a phone interview, we will gain valuable information that will help prepare for our face to face consultation.
  • A detailed staging checklist will be used during our walk and talk throughout the home, which will allow us to identify necessary changes that will produce significant return-on-investment and establish an emotional impact for potential buyers .
  • Also included in the detailed staging report is an essential "Open House Checklist" and "Closet Organization Checklist."

(Up to two hours in the home with additional hours charged at $100/hour)

$450 - POWER STAGING AND MINI-MAKEOVER


This staging service is all about rolling up our sleeves and physically staging the main areas of the home based upon the Staging Report recommendations.

  • We will use what you have to create HUGE transformations and make the most of each space in the home.
  • Furnishings and gorgeous accessories will be strategically placed throughout the home to produce listing photos that WOW!
  • We will work for up to four hours in the home, photographing the transformations as we go.

Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving
(Up to four hours in the home with additional hours charged at $100/hour)

$750 - ULTIMATE POWER STAGING AND ONE-DAY HOME-MAKEOVER


For larger homes (over 2500 square feet) in need of more than four hours of staging work. 

  • We will use what you have to make HUGE transformations and make the most of each space in the home. 
  • Gorgeous accessories will be strategically placed throughout the home to produce listing photos that WOW! 
  • We will work for up to seven hours in the home, photographing the transformations as we go.
