This home staging service is all about rolling up our sleeves and physically transforming the main areas of the home using the recommendations from the  home staging consultation.

  • We will use what you have and supplement as needed to create HUGE transformations and make the most of each space in the home.
  • Furnishings and gorgeous accessories will be strategically positioned throughout the home to maximize the home's finest features and produce listing photos that WOW!
  • We will work for up to four hours in the home,

Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving

Consultation with Top Priority List​

  • A brief phone interview will help the us gain valuable insight that will inform the face to face consultation and make the most of our time together.
  • A detailed staging checklist will be used during our walk and talk throughout the home, which will allow us to identify necessary changes needed before listing your home for sale.  Completing suggested repairs, replacement and enhancements will present the home in the strongest way possible to home buyers, resulting in maximum return-on-investment for you!
  • Also included in the consultation packet is the Showing & Open House Prep Checklist, a crucial resource that will make sure you are always prepared for a successful open house and last minute showings.

For larger homes (over 2500 square feet) or homes in need of more than four hours of staging work.

  • We will use what you have and supplement as needed to create HUGE transformations and make the most of each space in the home. 
  • Gorgeous accessories will be strategically placed throughout the home to produce listing photos that WOW! 
  • We will work for up to seven hours in the home, photographing the transformations as we go.
